Dear Mr T,

I am writing this postcard to you from the West Coast. I have been 

here since Friday night with my mum's side of the family. So far the weather has been

horrible but the gold panning has been fun because I've learnt something new. However

it is still raining and we are trapped inside!

Methven Postcard

Dear Mr T,
I am writing this post card to you from Methven.
I have been hear since Monday with my sister and grandparents.
So far the weather has been freezing cold in the mornings and quite cloudy.
The best thing about Methven is being with my grandparents because I don't get to see them very often. On the other hand, I am away from home and I miss my dog.

Riccarton Mall Postcard

I am writing this post card to you from Riccarton Mall. I have been here since 1pm with my family.
The best thing is that there are many fancy pairs of shoes here that I like to look at. On the other hand, it is so busy we have hardly any space to walk around the shop!

Gondola Postcard

Dear Mr T,

I am writing this postcard to you from the Christchurch Gondola up the hill in Lyttelton. I have been here since this morning with my family and friends. So far the weather has been quite cloudy.
The best thing about the gondola is that you can see a great view of Christchurch. On the other hand, it's a bit cold and windy up here.

Netball Postcard

I am writing this postcard to you from the Lincoln netball courts.
I have been here since 8:30am with my Mum and my netball team of eight.
So far the weather has been a bit chilly but the sun is slowly coming out from behind the clouds.
The best thing about today is that we won our first game. On the other hand, we sadly lost our other game.

Scotts Base Postcard

Dear Mr.T
I am writing this postcard to you from Scott Base in freezing Antartica. I have been here since the first day of spring with a team of scientists. So far the weather has been freezing and we've had a lot of blizzards too. The best thing about being at Scott base is all the cogs, chains, old buildings and machines. On the other hand, I hope my hands don't freeze while I'm writing to you!

Orana Park Postcard

Dear Mr T,

I am writing this postcard to you from Orana park. I have been here since lunch time with
my family. The weather was fine until it started drizzling so we had to leave. The best thing about
it was all the cute animals there. On the other hand it started to hail and the car was really loud with hail stones on the roof. When we got home the garage was so loud that the cats ran into the kitchen. Even so I still had a great day.
