On 24 of May the middle team left school to go to the awesome Canterbury museum. In my group there were James, Jeremy, Bryn, and me. When we got on the bus the trip seemed to take forever. Our task was to take ten photos of kiwiana using an ipad. We found a penny-farthing bike with a hard seat and many other cool things like a snow mobile. When you pressed a lever on it there was a fan thing that blew your hair back!
Then we had morning tea outside and we could eat it in the tree area.
Next up, a lady gave us some cards to match up which had pictures of kiwiana and definitions on them.
After that we visited the Paua house and then had a fun break climbing trees. Finally Anthony told us cool storys about Māori myths and legends. When he was done we had to get on the bus and go back to school. It was an exciting day.
